I came across an article about polypodium leucotomos online and asked my dermatologist about it. She recommended it as another layer of sun protection. This product is different than the other polypodium leucotomos on Amazon since it has other vitamins/minerals. Even though its winter, I'm taking these daily and my skin has responded very well.

the ingredients in this pill have some promise. when i'm out during high uv index i include it with the rest of my sun protection of long sleeves, hats, and sunscreen. no negative side effects or anything like that. if youre serious about your skin care, this can't hurt if you are out in the sun a lot.
